Gold Coast Venture Capital Association Retains TransMedia Group to Publicize the Ultimate Networking Experience for South Florida Entrepreneurs and Investors
TransMedia Group Also to Announce First Angel Investing Network in the
Southeast

The Gold Coast Venture
Capital Association, http://www.gcvca.org, a not-for-profit organization that
provides almost a networking chapel for South Florida's entrepreneurs and
investors to meet and maybe marry for better or until richer do they part,
has retained TransMedia Group for public relations.
TransMedia will raise awareness of GCVCA's success in building the
preeminent networking platform serving as a springboard for countless new
businesses, and will also publicize the launch of its newly-formed Florida
Angel Investors Network, Inc.
Over the past 24 years, GCVCA has developed a reputation for
entrepreneurial business networking success and now has established the
Florida Angel Investors Network, a member of the Angel Capital Association,
to stimulate the formation of new angel funding for early-stage companies
and to educate investors on the Angel investing process.
"We're very excited to be the first organization to bring Angel
Investing to South East Florida," said President of Florida Angel Network,
Diane Bowers.
"We're looking to TransMedia Group to publicize GCVCA's forming the
Florida Angel Investors Network, which will unite Angel investment clubs
and organizations throughout the state," said Executive Director of GCVCA,
William McMillen. "The Angel network also will educate not only its
members, but business professionals throughout Florida on issues related to
angel investing and how entrepreneurs can present their opportunities to
angel organizations."
The GCVCA develops and presents monthly programs designed to provide
information and assistance to start-up, emerging and established growth
companies, while offering a unique venue for investors, entrepreneurs and
CEO's to come together. "We act as a catalyst in fueling business ingenuity
with the power of venture capital."

of enhancing the image of their clients worldwide," said McMillen. "We're
confident that TransMedia's communications abilities, coupled with the
caliber of their services, will raise awareness of both GCVCA and the
Florida Angel Investors Network."
