In the wake of the tragic events on January 12th 2010, the Henri Riquet Perpignand Foundation has increased its presence in the community by being the daily caregiver for over 120 children. The Foundation has also become a clinic providing basic health services for the entire community and beyond, including but not limited to preventative and nutritional care.
